Amaro Zazà was born as a story: a love story poured into a glass, inspired by Ruggero Leoncavallo's opera Zazà and the sweet melancholy of early-20th-century theatre. Elderflower gives the amaro a floral, enveloping note, designed for a slow, almost theatrical sip.
Each sip is an act in this small opera: from "Momento", spent in a hidden bar, to "Passione", a chance encounter, to "Atmosfera", what remains after a farewell. Zazà also lends itself to a series of signature cocktails, from Momento to Dialogo, each built to match a different mood.
An unconventional amaro, crafted by Vecchio Magazzino Doganale, blending Calabrian craftsmanship with a timeless romantic imagery.
